The interlaced wire belt consists of bended wires and these will be intertwined into one another. Wide sprocketss are placed in the openings which start to exist. This is done for the drive.
The side finishing can easily be bend (GR-SK) or double (GR-ZK). The belt is considerably used in in installations with a straight belt run. It is however possible to obtain special versions which could serve in a curve-shaped installation.

  • – Pitch: 3,5 mm up to 20,32 mm
  • – Wire thicknesses: ø 0,9 mm up to 2,8 mm
  • – Materials: 1.0304 (non processed) / 1.4301 (SS304) / 1.4401 (SS316)
  • – Temperature range: ambient up to approximately 400 °C
  • – Range of the belt width: 15 mm up to 6000 mm
  • – Side finishing: S-side (single) of Z-side (double)
  • – Possibility for special product carriers
  • – Lateral chains are a possibility (take a look at Type 1000: KE)
  • – Possibility for cross flights

The GR belts are characterised by:

  • – Drive on the basis of sprockets wheels, no chance on belt slip
  • – Very straight belt run, due to positioned driving elements
  • – Support only possible in length direction; no herringbone motive
  • – Solely suitable for light loads
  • – Large openings and thereby a large passing range
  • – Nearly no drag out from a bath with a particular liquid. such as melted chocolate
  • – Simple to clean since no residue can accumulate
  • – Possibility to mount diverse components such as cross flights and ridges
  • – When replacing the belt, it is important that the sprocketss are replaced as well, since several products of sprocketss and belts do not fit together
  • – A really sensitive belt, whereby we could regard the life-span as not that long

The interlaced wire belts are frequently used in installations whereby food products undergo a certain process. You could thereby think of garen / steaming / cooking / baking / frying / grilling but also of draping with chocolate or sprinkling with pips and/or seeds. Interlaced wire belts are furthermore frequently used for take-over sets whereby products move from one installation/transporter to the other. Type 150: CTB is often used for this process.
