While veneering wooden plates, Continuous Systems are used in which big metal“Type 100: WG” conveyor belts are active. These types of installations can be very long and up to 6 meter wide. Tribelt has the technical opportunities to produce belts for these installations, even for the 6 meter wide ones. Length is no issue, the belts can basically be made infinitely long.
Metal conveyor belts are used while manufacturing gypsum products.The use of “Type 1100: OGB-L” belt is familiar in this industry.
This installation guarantees that the product gets divided equally. This is done by means of a very stable belt run without the chance on slip.
Isolation materials are manufactured by means of a continuous process. Transport systems are thereby a ‘must’. Metal belts are often the best solution for the transport system when there is also another process to deal with.

There are many techniques developed for this, whereby several are carried out by means of installations with belt dryers. The belt should therefore be made of metal. This is based on certain reasons, think of wear resistance, high permissible pull force, resistance against aggressive components and even legislation.
